BIOGRAPHY

We are a philosophical project and this is the musical division project into "Death / Thrash"  genres from Mexicali / Mexico that aims to evolve along the way to reach an AvantGarde Metal
"The idea is to restart the misguided "evolution" of metal with oldschool extreme metal influences"..

 

The project was founded on November 1, 2014 by "Miroslaba Luna" (Bassist) ...

In relation to her philosophy about the the moon upon us and the universe existence, witnessing a rehearsal of a band that belonged as "2nd Vocals" imagined that if one day have her own musical project would be named as "Luna Morte" ...

Later, she and her boyfriend "Erik Morte" (Guitarist and Vocals), decided to resign  from the band to which belonged and decided to start another musical project, coinciding with the lunar and universal philosophy they decided to form the band and began searching for musicians, since is very difficult to find musicians with a profile of humility and creativity together, has been hard to find those profiles, meanwhile we decided to make a cover of an original song by Kiss alluding to Six Feet Under's cover had done.
the project became band on June. 20, 2016, Integrating  and rehearsing to grow this project ...

PHILOSOPHY

As mentioned above "Miroslaba Luna" Founded the Project, she as a child had a special affinity for the moon and this led her to investigate it, therefore at her 15-year-old being investigated in a library on "the far side of the moon" had a thought for herself about the both faces means: "Life and Death" (Life its that we know and death is that we had not knowledge) because we see just the side that aims to us, and just a couple of people knows the reality of the other side (The "lies beyond")...

Says that from the first time we've touched the moon surface, all that real information about what's out there was hid, and to avoid create a "Chaos" or global catastrophe ; For our own safety we were not provided ALL the information that has since been found, very few have testified and testifying all the information (the truth) about our existence ...

 

The "Moon" is the celestial object most studied because it is the closest to us, is also said to have found many objects and anomalies that scientists have not yet been explained and they hide us the existence of that.

 

And whats the point for Luna Morte?
 

We are originally from Mexico, where there is one of the Mayan / Aztec / Mexica ruins called "The Pyramid of the Moon"; It is said that the pyramids with flat surfaces serve for 2 things:
1- As a platform for sacrifices (for the "Gods")
2- As "StarPorts".

 

The important matter for us is that the word "Mexico" means: "The Center of the Moon."
